Josh Flores, Senior Loan Officer at Supreme Lending in Austin, Texas, began his career in the mortgage industry in 2002 and now both manages and leads other loan officers and support staff.  Josh attributes his success as a loan officer not to a marketing genius but rather to his practice of working with one client at a time.  His philosophy is to do the best, most professional job for each of his clients, which has led to his history of repeated client referrals.  Josh believes that education and experience are the two most important assets he can share with each of his clients, whether that client is an experienced investor or a first-time home buyer.

Success as a loan officer not only requires hard work and continuing education but also a team made up of supportive, professional colleagues.  Supreme Lending has an in-house processing staff, each with more than 20 years’ experience; an in-house underwriter with more than 25 years’ experience; and a branch manager with nearly 20 years’ experience.  Josh knows how to get the job done while helping his clients set their expectations realistically and, at the end of the process, close smoothly and on time.

Originally from the North Dallas area, Josh grew up in the small town of Prosper and moved to Plano, where he attended high school.  He came to Austin in 1999 to attend St. Edwards University, where he completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree and graduated magna cum laude.  Realizing that Austin had become home, Josh settled there and married his best friend.  They began their family with the birth of their sweet little daughter.
